• Ice fishing and snowshoeing: We provide the equipment—the lake and forest are right next door.
• Cross-country skiing and sledding: Our own 5 km cross-country ski trail starts right from the yard, and there’s a fun sledding hill for kids (sleds and kick sleds are free to use!)
• Nature trail and lean-to: Our own one-kilometer nature trail and lean-to invite you to warm up by the fire and enjoy the gifts of the forest.
• Authentic animal encounters: We organize visits to our friends’ private reindeer farm. The best husky farms are also located nearby (approx. 30–40 min).
• Winter gear: Don’t worry about the cold—you can rent warm winter clothing sets from us for the entire duration of your stay.
• From our accommodation, it’s easy to visit the Korouoma Icefall and the Auttikönkä Canyon.

Summer at Lystikämä is all about light and tranquility. The farm has 600 meters of its own family-friendly beach with a firm sandy bottom and gently sloping water—perfect for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, and rowboating.
Enjoy summer at Lystikämä:
• Boating and fishing: A rowboat is at your disposal. You can also rent an electrically powered outboard motor. Lake Siika-Kämä is known for its pike, whitefish, and perch. Fishing permits are included with your stay.
• Farm life: In the summer (June–September), sheep and chickens inhabit the farm. You can visit the animals and help feed them.
• Nature trail and lean-to: Our own one-kilometer-long nature trail and lean-to invite you to relax by the fire and enjoy the bounty of the forest.
• Berry Picking and Hiking: The best cloudberry bogs and berry fields begin right at the property line. There are also stunning destinations nearby, such as Auttiköngäs and the Korouoma Canyon.
