Villa Lystikämä is a modern and ecological holiday home built of logs, on the shore of a lake, in its own peninsula. From the patio you can watch the more active vacationers swim in the water or play in the snow. You'll find plenty of fun things to do in the Lomatilan area, and the relaxing influence of Lapland's nature is present all the time.
Villa Lystikämä is a cosy villa, situated in its own peace and quiet, on its own peninsula in a secure private area, in a beautiful lake landscape. The cottage has its own yard and road access. The log cottage was completed in 2021.

Miika was by far the best host we’ve ever had—thank you!
The house is gorgeous, and the living room with the fireplace was the perfect place to play charades and Trivial Pursuit by the fire.
We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights—it was truly a life-changing experience. The hot tub, the sauna, and the visits to the reindeer farm and ice fishing trip—we loved it all. The snowmobile safari was also fun.
Miika was always there when we needed something and was happy to help. We all agree that this has been our best vacation so far.
We will never forget this vacation.

We spent a truly magical three-day vacation at the Airbnb listing “Your Piece of Lapland”! This cabin offers the perfect blend of peace and adventure—set against the stunning backdrop of Finnish Lapland, surrounded by snow-covered trees and untouched wilderness.
The hot tub and sauna were absolutely incredible, especially with the Northern Lights dancing excitedly above us. Watching the Northern Lights two nights in a row while relaxing in the warm hot tub was a truly unique experience for my wife, my daughter, and me.
The fire pit was a wonderful addition that gave us a taste of authentic Finnish life. It was cozy and warm, and we loved gathering there as a family to watch the fire crackle. Our hosts, Mika and his wife, were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and they embodied genuine Finnish hospitality. They made sure we had everything we needed and guided us in using every amenity. Their thoughtful gestures, such as stopping by to say goodbye, made our visit personal and special!

Our stay at Your Peace of Lapland was absolutely wonderful!! Our host, Miika, was absolutely amazing—from his clear and responsive communication to the countless amenities and activities available to us: our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The house is really cozy and clean, and the property offers stunning views! One day our car got stuck in the slush on the driveway, and Miika helped us out without hesitation! His wife’s reindeer soup was heavenly—you absolutely must try it!! We just wish we could have stayed longer!! Don’t hesitate to book this place—we’d all come back here in a heartbeat if we could!!

58 km south-east of Rovaniemi city centre, Lake Siika-Kämä 25 m (lake length 2 km, width 800 m), gently shelving shore, sandy bottom, pier, own rowing boat.
Kitchenette, bedroom with 2 beds, one bedroom with convertible sofa, loft with double bed and 3 single beds, sauna, washroom/WC, utility room, two separate toilets, one in loft, large patio (70 m²).
Outdoor jacuzzi available (electrically heated, ready to use).
Forest hut with fireplace
Good fishing waters right from the beach. Lake with pike perches, pikes and perches.
Known to have good berry forests nearby. Visitors can share a 1 km nature trail with another cottage, with a shelter and outdoor fireplace.
Sheep and chickens on the farm in the yard in summer from 25 June to 30 September. Animals can also be visited and fed.
There is a sledging hill and sledges available for children. The owner makes a cross-country ski trail from the cottage yard, approx. 5 km long. Possibility to rent snowshoes.
Snowmobile safaris and guided tours are available from the owner for an additional fee. You can rent snowmobiles for your own use and go on guided safaris directly from your accommodation.
Pick-up service by arrangement at a different price, e.g. from the airport.
